My focus is on strategic leadership coaching for leaders in companies of all sizes, and business growth programmes for owners and leaders in small-medium enterprises and mid-size corporates. I also coach many other coaches and professionals wanting to grow their practices.
I spent 20 years as a senior corporate executive and then a management consultant focusing on organisational effectiveness and strategy. I am a business improvement specialist, leading corporate and SME projects to increase quality, efficiency, employee engagement and profitability.
I have spent twelve years consulting and coaching on my own. I co-founded three start-ups and also run a solo coaching practice so I know what it feels like and what the challenges are.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (Comensa) and Harvard University’s Institute of Coaching. I also teach Sustainable Business Design at a business school in South Africa. I am a Chartered Consultant with the Institute of Consultants Southern Africa.
Outside of coaching I am a paraglider pilot, avid traveller and truffle farmer. Currently based in the Middle East, my home is in the beautiful Garden Route of South Africa where I live with my wife, 2 Labradors and a cat.
